Mechanical Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance according to the daily/weekly checklist
– Identify and investigate damage to machine components and machinery
– Solving problems on machines/equipment during breakdowns
– Comply with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
– Perform routine preventive maintenance on a daily/weekly basis.
– Check the condition of mechanical parts/tools.
– Record & report missing parts and abnormalities in machinery equipment.
– Implement & complete CMMS, daily checklist.
– Perform improvements & modifications on a project basis.
– Do 5S and housekeeping at all times.

Requirements:
– Malaysian citizens (Male)
– Aged 18 to 40 years old
– Certificate in SKM Level 1,2,3,4 or Diploma in related field
– Able to work on shifts

Procurement Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose :

Sourcing and procurement of goods and services for plant and assist the superior in any other purchasing assignment when required.

Job Responsibilities:

-Source the required materials, equipment and services as needed at the most economical and favorable terms at the right price, quality, quantity, source and timely delivery.
-Initial the purchase inquiry, carry out vendor evaluation, price comparison, negotiation and recommend order in accordance with company policies.
-Generate PO to the awarded suppliers and submit for approval.
-Follow up delivery schedule and ensure timely and continuity of supply.
-Monitor supplier’s delivery performance and evaluation.
-Carry out other purchasing duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements :

-Fresh graduate and experienced are open to apply.
-Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any discipline from any academic institution or higher learning.
-Posses own transport.
-Able to speak, write and read in English, and Bahasa Melayu
-Computer literate & knowledge in MS Excel spreadsheets.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player, meticulous and requiring minimum supervision.

Electrical Technician

– Diagnosis of malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to find the cause of damage and fix the problem.
– Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with electrical codes
– Solving problems on machines/equipment during breakdowns
– Comply with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance

Requirements:
– Malaysian citizens (Male)
– Aged 18 to 40 years old
– Certificate in SKM Level 1,2, 3,4 or Diploma in related field
– Able to work shifts

Accounts Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable on scrap purchase processing for Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd.
  • To do sorting, checking, processing of scrap receiving note and scrap purchase voucher.
  • To process on scrap supplier’s invoices and prepare scrap payment planning and processing
  • To check final scrap receiving Report for scrap from EM, and reconcile with the actual receiving and pass JV on the differences
  • Data Entries into AS 400, generate monthly AP vendor statement and AP Aging
  • To prepare monthly RRPT report, monthly reconciliation with scrap supplier’s accounts, audit confirmation.
  • Perform other duties, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Requirements :
-Must posses at least a LCCI or Diploma in accounting field or equivalent
-Able to write in at least 2 language (English, or Malay)
-Minimum 2 years relevant working experience is an advantage.
-Computer literate & knowledge in MS Excel spreadsheets.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player, meticulous and requiring minimum supervision.

Electrical Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose :

Plan for electrical maintenance and installation jobs. Ensure the electrical breakdown is always prevented and minimized.

Job Responsibilities:

-Recommend constructive electrical installation in order to increase the machine efficiency.
-Propose modification and adjustment in electrical aspects to achieve production optimization.
-Plan the electrical works and arrange the jobs to electrical technician & supervisor.
-Verify the electrical inspection and checking done by electrical technician & supervisor.
-Take preventive action to avoid breakdown in machine, motor, overhead crane and other electrical parts.
-Ensure the stocks of electrical and electronic spare parts are always enough.
-Implement system to save cost on electricity and maintenance.
Work towards to achieve KRA.

Job Requirements :

-Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electrical Power or any related disciplines.
-Able to read electrical schematics single line drawing.
-Good management and supervisory skills.
-Computer literacy ie, Microsoft Office and Engineering Software.
-Able to attend call back if required.
-Willing to work at heavy industry environment.
