On 11 March 2024,
Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd conducted its first session of gotong-royong with the company’s staff and management. The gotong-royong activities for the second session will be conducted on March 18.
FREE Health Screening By Qualitas
On 26 July 2023,
Amsteel Mills Klang and Qualitas had organized the SOCSO Health Screening Program (HSP). The SOCSO Health Screening Program (HSP) is a free health screening which aims to identify high risk group for Non-Communicable Diseases among eligible SOCSO Insured Person.

Amsteel Mills Klang organized its annual gotong royong exercise in view of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Policy Audit.
The program is focused on the implementation of 5S practices by following the scoring criteria that have been set.

Gotong Royong ISO 14001
On 30 March 2022,
Amsteel Mills Klang organized its annual gotong royong exercise in view of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Policy Audit. About 300 staffs from all levels joined hands to spruce up the company’s premises.
Fire Drill
On 30 March 2021,
Amsteel Mills conducted a fire drill at its office premises on 30 March 2021. The exercise was a success with everyone evacuating the premises and the Emergency Response Team managing to put out the fire and rescuing the ‘injured staff’ within the required period after the alarm was sounded.
Steel Division Restarts HRC Operation
On 21 March 2021,
Our Steel Division will be restarting its Flat Products Steel Project to produce Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) in the 2nd quarter of 2021 with a production capacity of 2.5 million to 3 million tonnes a year.
